The method to control the delivery of the water is designed to conserve water. The control circuit comprises a microcontroller device which contains programming that receives inputs, including but not limited to, outside ambient air temperature, condenser liquid line temperature, relative humidity and electric current, and uses said inputs to provide a stepwise level of control (“solenoid open time”) of water delivery commensurate with outside air temperature and relative humidity.12-17-2009

A thermal deformation member is provided in en entire range on a surface of the heat exchanging portion, to be deformed bordering on a predetermined temperature when the surface of the heat exchanging portion is frosted to produce ice. The thermal deformation member is deformed by a temperature change between a first temperature lower than the predetermined temperature and a second temperature higher than the predetermined temperature, to cause distortion between the surface of the heat exchanging portion and the ice when the ice is attached to the surface of the heat exchanging portion. Thus, the ice attached to the surface of the heat exchanging portion can be effectively removed while heat energy for removing the ice can be reduced.08-18-2011

20120000225AIR CONDITIONER - An air conditioner includes a compressing element, a refrigerant cooler, an expansion element, a refrigerant heater, a magnetic field generating part, a circulation volume rate ascertaining part and a control unit. The magnetic field generating part generates a magnetic field in order to perform inductive heating. The circulation volume rate ascertaining part ascertains a circulating refrigerant volume rate. The control unit performs magnetic field output control when the circulating refrigerant volume rate ascertained by the circulation volume rate ascertaining part has increased. When this control is performed the magnetic field generating part is caused to generate a magnetic field, the magnetic field generated by the magnetic field generating part is increased, or the upper limit of the strength of the magnetic field generated by the magnetic field generating part is increased.01-05-2012
20120000224AIR CONDITIONER - An air conditioner executes a heating operation using at least a high pressure refrigerant, and includes a refrigerant circuit configured to execute a vapor compression refrigeration cycle. The refrigerant circuit includes a convective heat exchanger, a radiant heat exchanger, an open/close valve and a check valve. The convective heat exchanger executes heat exchange between the high pressure refrigerant flowing inside and an air flowing towards outside. The radiant heat exchanger heats a predetermined member using the high pressure refrigerant flowing inside to cause the predetermined member to emit a radiant heat. The open/close valve is disposed upstream of the radiant heat exchanger in order to block a flow path of the high pressure refrigerant flowing towards the radiant heat exchanger during the heating operation. The check valve is disposed between the radiant heat exchanger and the open/close valve.01-05-2012
