20090320181 | Device and a method to protect trousers - The current invention discloses a simple method and device to prevent trousers' hem sliding under the heels, no matter how long the legs are. The present invention discloses a unique way of using adhesive material, such as hook and loop fasteners (such as Velcroâ„¢) or magnetic material, to prevent legs of trousers or pants from getting caught under footwear. According to this invention adhesive material is applied on the back of the footwear and on the inner seams of the trousers. When the two parts of the adhesive material is attached together, the hem is locked to the shoe and it cannot slip under the heel. The invention according to this disclosure allows a method to attach the hems directly onto the shoe, without a need to have any separate parts. Moreover, once the parts of this invention are attached to the trousers and to the shoes there is no need to any adjustments or assemblies later on. | 12-31-2009 |
20120260401 | RELEASABLE SECUREMENT DEVICE - A releasable securement device for use with material including a stay portion having a projection surface; and projections that extend from the projection surface at an acute angle, the projections being substantially parallel, pointing in substantially one planar direction, and having a predetermined flexibility. The acute angle and the predetermined flexibility are selected to allow the material to slide past the projections when the material engaged with the projections is pulled in the one planar direction, and are selected to prevent the material from sliding past the projections when the material is pulled opposite the one planar direction, the projections bending and allowing the material to slide past the projections when the material engaged with the projections is pulled opposite the one planar direction and force on the projections exceeds a predetermined force. | 10-18-2012 |
20130247276 | SKI PANTS - It is an object of the invention to provide ski pants comprising an edge guard that does not hinder movement when the user is gliding on skis. The invention relates to ski pants | 09-26-2013 |
20160021955 | Pant Strap - A pant strap is provided. The pant strap is configured to be wrapped about a user's leg over a pant leg, allowing the pant to be easily slid into and out of an item of footwear such as a boot. | 01-28-2016 |

20090113601 | GARMENT ACCESSORY - A garment accessory for attachment to a hem of a garment for prevention of entrapment of the garment beneath a foot or shoe of the wearer, comprising an adhesive-backed flexible and conforming film having a low-friction surface. | 05-07-2009 |
20090235432 | Detachable Pant Stirrups - A stirrup for securing the end of a pant leg to the foot of a wearer. The stirrup has a base web and at least three arms projecting therefrom. Each arm has a fastener such as alligator jaws style, for engaging the pant leg at at least three points about its circumference, to avoid bunching. The base member may comprise an elastic fabric and may include a length adjusting mechanism. Alligator jaw fasteners may instead comprise buttons, hooks, hook and loop material, or snaps. The stirrup may be made from denim, leather, cotton, satin, lace, or nylon. The base web may optionally form a sock. | 09-24-2009 |
20090293178 | Trouser anti tuck device - Trouser anti tuck device that will prevent a wearers trousers from tucking between their shoe and their heel. Comprising of, two identical sheets that when inserted into the inside, rear, bottom of trousers, and adhesively applied, will be slippery enough on the inside for the wearers heel and shoe to move freely, yet will have enough vertical rigidity to prevent tucking of the trousers. | 12-03-2009 |
20100205719 | Clip designed to prevent pant hems from dragging on the ground. - Herein is described a device that prevents the back of one's pants from dragging on the ground by clamping the back of the pants to the back of the shoe. This is done particularly by attaching adhesive hook and loop fastening strips to both the base of the clip and the back sole of the shoe, attaching the clip to the shoe via the hook and loop fasteners, and sliding the bottom of the pant leg between the clip and the back heel of the shoe. | 08-19-2010 |
20100251459 | Temporary pants hemming device - A device and method for temporary hemming/cuffing children's pants legs is disclosed. A base member and a securement member sandwich material to be hemmed between one another. The base member and the securement member are operatively engaged with one another by way of tab extending axially from the securement member, which are engageable with lip portions of the base member. When the securement member and the base member sandwich the material to be hemmed, portions of the material, especially any seams, are positioned within spaces or passages defined by the tabs. | 10-07-2010 |
20130160190 | Trouser Cuff Accessory - A clothing accessory to be worn on the bottom cuffs of the wearer's trousers includes a sleeve or ring of fabric that folds over to cover the trouser cuffs. The fabric is held in place with a fastener such as a clip, which in preferred embodiments is fastened with permanent magnets that attract each other through the fabric and trouser leg, thus urging the layers of the sleeve together while allowing the user to easily apply a countervailing force to urge the fastener open and thereby allowing the accessory to be removed. | 06-27-2013 |
20150289574 | PROTECTIVE CLOTHING TO KEEP A USER CLEAN WHEN USING YARD CARE POWER TOOLS - The present invention comprises a protective covering for keeping a user's leg clean while using power tools such as grass and weed trimmers or sprayers for various paints, stains and chemicals. The protective covering comprises a washable yet moisture resistant fabric. The V notch at the upper end allows for easily pulling the protective covering over user's pants and shoes, also leaving a slight opening for breathability. Fabric is flared at the lower end to protect user's shoes. Protective cover is held in place on the user's leg by a combination of hook and loop fastener and elastic strip attached at the upper end; this combination of hook and loop fastener and elastic strip allows protective cover to be attached above user's knee and to fit comfortably and snuggly as user moves about with the grass and weed trimmer. Preferably, the protective cover comprises a substantially conical, nonwoven polypropylene fabric. | 10-15-2015 |
