Inner and an outer locking elements of the arrangement are engage a bayonet coupling and a manacle ring is engaged with the outside of the spindle. The manacle ring also acts directly on the outer locking element and the outer locking element is formed by a projecting element which engages in a blind stop groove in the inner locking element.
