The presently disclosed correlation and marketing system processes a plurality of previously executed real estate transactions to create a knowledge database. The knowledge database stores correlations between real estate attributes, buyer attributes, advertiser attributes, and publisher attributes. When a new real estate listing is entered in to the correlation and marketing system, the system uses the knowledge database to determine a buyer profile for that real estate listing. The correlation and marketing system also automatically generates a recommended marketing plan, marketing activities or media buys for that buyer profile based on the associated attributes.
