The system may be embodied in a computer program that implements modules in the appropriate order, collects and stores relevant data, and perform necessary calculations. Differential Value Proposition (DVP) is the ability of the organization's products and services to positively impact their customer's bottom line relative to the organization's competitors. The ability to create a DVP can be correlated to the investments and strategies made by the organization on an ongoing basis.
