20120095131BINDER COMPOSITION FOR NON-AQUEOUS SECONDARY BATTERY ELECTRODE - Disclosed is a binder composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery electrode, which enables the production of a non-aqueous secondary battery that has excellent adhesion to a current collector or an electrode and can retain a high electric discharge capacity even when charge and discharge are repeated or under a high-temperature environment produced as a result of the generation of heat. Specifically disclosed is a binder composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery electrode, which comprises functional group-containing crosslinked resin microparticles produced by polymerizing the following components (A) to (C): (A) at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of (a) a monomer having one ethylenically unsaturated group per molecule and also having a monofunctional or polyfunctional epoxy group, (b) a monomer having one ethylenically unsaturated group per molecule and also having a monofunctional or polyfunctional amide group, and (c) a monomer having one ethylenically unsaturated group per molecule and also having a monofunctional or polyfunctional hydroxy group; (B) at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of (d) a monomer having one ethylenically unsaturated group per molecule and also having an alkoxysilyl group and (e) a monomer having at least two ethylenically unsaturated groups per molecule; and (C) (k) a monomer which has an ethylenically unsaturated group and is different from the monomers (a) to (e).04-19-2012
20120024376METHOD FOR PRODUCING RESIN COMPOSITION FOR SOLAR CELL SEALING MATERIAL, RESIN COMPOSITION FOR SOLAR CELL SEALING MATERIAL, SOLAR CELL SEALING MATERIAL, AND SOLAR CELL MODULE - An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a resin composition for solar cell sealing material which is capable of lowering a cost by shortening of a processing time and has good storage stability. Further, another object of the present invention is to provide a solar cell sealing material having excellent transparency due to no generation of lumps therein by using the obtained resin composition for solar cell sealing material. A method for producing a resin composition for solar cell sealing material according to the present invention includes: preparing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (A) containing a vinyl acetate unit in an amount of 25 to 35 wt % and a crosslinking agent (B), whose impregnation weight with respect to 1 g of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (A) per 24 hours at a temperature of 23° C. is in the range of 40 to 80 mg, as raw components; and impregnating the crosslinking agent (B) into the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (A) at a temperature of 15 to 80° C.02-02-2012
20120016067RESIN COMPOSITION FOR SOLAR CELL-SEALING MATERIAL - To achieve improvement in initial conversion efficiency of solar cell modules, inhibition of deterioration in transparency of a resin, inhibition of degradation in adhesive properties with respect to a protective member over time, and inhibition of degradation in conversion efficiency. A resin composition for solar cell-sealing material according to the present invention includes an ethylene copolymer, and further includes at least one of: (i) a compound represented by the following general formula (1); (ii) a calcined product of the (i); (iii) a compound represented by the following general formula (2); and (iv) a calcined product of the (iii). The (i) has an average plate surface diameter of 0.01 to 0.9 μm and a refractive index of 1.45 to 1.55, and the (iii) has an average plate surface diameter of 0.02 to 0.9 μm and a refractive index of 1.48 to 1.6.01-19-2012
