A rear side of the push pin is engaged with a spring enabling the pin for opening and shutting the nozzle and the push pin to move forward. The support axis of the operation button is provided with an operation lever that is pivoted about a hinge hole which is a support point and is in engagement with the push pin for opening and closing the nozzle when the button is pressed. The nozzle is opened before a pumping operation for smoothly discharging the cosmetics.
