A groove is defined in the inner side of each of the side-wall elements below the top surface of the bottom plate, and a resilient, waterproof member is received in each of the grooves. A first multitude of apertures is defined in the peripheral edge of the bottom plate, and a second multitude of apertures is defined in the side-wall elements at a distance below the groove.
