The alkene-containing resin consists of from 17 to 90 PHR of PVC, from 9 to 68 PHR of chlorinated poly(vinyl chloride) (CPVC) and from 10 to 15 PHR of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). The processing modifier is selected from the group consisting of petroleum resin, rosin resin, and any combination of them.
