20110308171VEHICLE DOOR FRAME AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME - A vehicle door frame includes first and second door frame members which are positioned end-to-end to be butt-welded to each other, wherein each of the first and second door frame members includes a design part, an enclosed section provided on a vehicle interior side, a connecting part which connects an inner surface of the design part with the enclosed section; and first and second dam protrusions which project from the inner surface of the design part and are positioned on opposite sides of the connecting part, respectively. Molten metal is present in the first and second spaces after the molten metal has melted and passed through the inner surface of the design part from the outer surface thereof upon butted ends of the first and second door frame members being butt-welded to each other from the outer surface of the design part.12-22-2011
20110302846VEHICLE DOOR FRAME - A vehicle door frame includes a door sash, a belt-line reinforcement member, and a bracket which connects the door sash and the belt-line reinforcement member to each other and is fixed to a door panel. The bracket is welded to the belt-line reinforcement member at a plurality of welding portions, each of the welding portions defining a welding line, wherein extended lines of a plurality of the welding lines do not coincide with one another.12-15-2011
20110284718POWER SLIDER - A power slider includes a lower rail and an upper rail which are engaged with each other so as to be mutually slidable along each other, a screw rod which is rotatably supported on one of the lower rail and the upper rail, a feed nut which is supported on the other of the lower rail and the upper rail and is screw-engaged with the screw rod, and a gearbox which is supported on the one of the lower rail and the upper rail via a holder and which rotatably drives the screw rod. The gearbox is provided with, a mounting bolt through-hole and is supported by the holder via a mounting bolt that is inserted through the mounting bolt through-hole. A resilient member is positioned in a space defined between the mounting bolt through-hole of the gearbox and the mounting bolt.11-24-2011
20110099912Vehicle Door Frame Structure - A vehicle door frame structure has an upper sash member located along a roof panel of a vehicle body and also has a vertical pillar sash member located along a center pillar of the vehicle body. The upper sash member has, at its linear end joined to the vertical pillar sash member side, an aesthetically designed section and an inner frame portion. The aesthetically designed section is located on the outer side of the door, and the inner frame portion is located closer to the vehicle interior than the aesthetically designed section and is shorter in length than the aesthetically designed section. The vertical pillar sash member has at its upper end a superposed contact section that is superposed, in the direction of the thickness of the door, on an end of the inner frame portion of the upper sash member, and the superposed contact section and the inner frame portion are joined together while being superposed on each other.05-05-2011
20110095161SEAT RAIL DEVICE - A seat rail device provided with an upper rail 04-28-2011
20110095160POWER SLIDE DEVICE FOR VEHICLE SEAT - In a power slide device for vehicle seat which moves an upper rail in the forward/rearward direction by rotationally driving a screw rod, by providing a screw rod supporting rail with a pair of load transmitting members that are spaced from each other in the forward/rearward direction and providing the screw rod with a load receiving member which is in contact with the pair of load transmitting members, bucking is supported at a plurality of points when the buckling occurs in the screw rod due to an axial force acting on the screw rod, and this limits the direction of the buckling to reduce the amount of the buckling.04-28-2011
20110024595SEAT TRACK - A lock lever bracket fixed to an upper rail and serving as a lock mechanism for locking the upper rail sliding relative to a lower rail includes shaft support holes which are separated from each other in the slide direction of the upper rail and through which an open rod is inserted. A lock lever includes two bearing portions which are disposed close to both shaft support holes of the lock lever bracket and a rotation transmission groove. The open rod includes a linear shaft portion which extends through each shaft support hole and each bearing portion and a bent portion which engages with the rotation transmission groove of the lock lever and rotates along with the linear shaft portion so as to rotate the lock lever in the unlock direction. The bearing portion of the lock lever is formed as a clip-shaped bearing portion in which a pair of plate-shaped portions is provided separated from each other in the insertion direction of the open rod, bearings are formed by bending the pair of plate-shaped portions in the opposite directions so as to interpose the open rod therebetween, and a gap between the bearings in the radial direction is smaller than a diameter of the open rod.02-03-2011
