20120102724METHOD OF FORMING STATOR COILS OF ELECTRIC MACHINERY - The method is capable of forming stator coils in dead spaces, into which a nozzle of a wire coiling machine is inserted, and improving space factor of the coils. The method comprises the steps of: regular-winding a magnet wire in vacant longitudinal outer parts of slots alternately, without getting into spaces for inserting the nozzle of the wire coiling machine; regular-winding the magnet wire in the rest vacant longitudinal outer parts of the slots and the spaces for inserting the nozzle; regular-winding the magnet wire in vacant longitudinal inner parts of the slots alternately, without getting into spaces for inserting the nozzle; and regular-winding the magnet wire in the rest vacant longitudinal inner parts of the slots and the spaces for inserting the nozzle.05-03-2012
20120001510PERMANENT MAGNET ROTOR - The permanent magnet rotor is capable of making tolerance of attaching a magnet cover great, applying no stress to structural elements of the rotor, preventing the magnet cover from being damaged under an environment where thermal expansion and thermal contraction are repeated in response to temperature variation, and preventing scatter of magnets. The permanent magnet rotor of an inner rotor-type motor comprises: a rotor yoke; a plurality of permanent magnets being arranged on an outer circumferential face of the rotor yoke, the permanent magnets constituting a plurality of segments; and a ring-shaped magnet cover covering outer faces of the permanent magnets, the magnet cover being composed of a nonmagnetic material. An inner diameter of the magnet cover before covering the outer faces of the permanent magnets is smaller than an outer diameter of the circularly-arranged permanent magnets. At least one stretchable section, which is capable of being stretched in the circumferential direction, is formed in the magnet cover.01-05-2012
20110316455METHOD FOR DRIVE-CONTROLLING ELECTRIC MACHINERY - The method is capable of equalizing time lengths of stopping a motor at load-holding stop positions of respective phases so as to average amounts of heat generation of phase coils. The method for drive-controlling electric machinery, in which a multiphase motor is used as a driving source of an assist mechanism, is performed by a control unit including a driving circuit for driving the multiphase motor. The method is characterized in that the control unit controls to stop a rotor at a load-holding stop position, at which rotation of the rotor is stopped in a state where a motor coil is energized and the rotor is in a load-holding state, and that the load-holding stop position is angularly shifted an electric angle of 180/n (n is number of phases and an integer two or more) degrees, in a prescribed rotational direction, with respect to a previous load-holding stop position of the rotor.12-29-2011
20110286070MIRROR SWING RANGE CONTROL DEVICE OF LIGHT SCANNING APPARATUS - The mirror swing range control device is capable of reducing a production cost of the control device and precisely adjusting a swing range of a mirror section. The mirror swing range control device comprises: a swing range detecting section for detecting a swing range of the mirror section swung by driving the vibration source; a signal processing section for arithmetically processing a detection signal, which is generated by the swing range detecting section, so as to generate an inverted detection signal; a standard value generating section for generating a standard value signal indicating a standard time interval; a comparing section for adding the inverted detection signal to the standard value signal, integrating calculated errors and generating an error signal; and a swing range adjusting section for performing feedback control, in which a cancelling signal is applied to the drive circuit for a prescribed time when the comparing section generates the error signal, so as to cancel an increase-decrease value of the error signal.11-24-2011
20110211241DRIVE CONTROL DEVICE OF LIGHT SCANNING APPARATUS - The drive control device of a light scanning apparatus can be easily controlled, occurrence of overshoot can be prevented, and a scanning range of a mirror section can be adjusted in a short time. An amplitude adjusting section generates at least one of first adjusting voltage for acceleration, whose amplitude is higher than that of adjusting voltage for obtaining object amplitude, and second adjusting voltage for deceleration, whose amplitude is lower than that of the adjusting voltage for obtaining the object amplitude, and applies the same to a drive circuit for a prescribed time, to perform feedback control, when a comparing section generates an error signal, so as to cancel increase-decrease variation of the error signal.09-01-2011
20110193444ELECTRIC MOTOR - The electric motor of the present invention is capable of improving efficiency of level-winding coil cables and increasing lamination factors of coils. The coil cable, which is wound on first bobbins as first coils, has connection parts. The connection parts are respectively extended from a winding-start point of the first coil wound on each of the first bobbins and a winding-termination point thereof, for parallel winding, through a groove section located on the inner side of a second coil wound on each of second bobbins so as not to interfere with the second coil.08-11-2011
20110175481PERMANENT TYPE ROTARY MACHINE - The permanent magnet type rotary machine is capable of reducing cogging torque even if permanent magnets are displaced in the axial direction and which is capable of reducing production cost and increasing torque. At least a stator unit of a first phase out of two stator units, which are stacked with a phase difference of (360°/(2P)), is stacked m-th, from one end of the stack of the stator units, to face magnetic poles of one of the permanent magnets. The other stator unit of the second phase, whose excitation cycle is shifted ¼ cycle with respect to that of the stator unit of the first phase, is stacked ((nQ/2)+m)-th, from the one end of the stack, to face magnetic poles of another permanent magnet. Note that, P is number of the magnetic poles of the permanent magnet; m is an integer of (nQ/2) or less, and one or more; Q is an even number of two or more; and n is an integer of one or more, and the product of n×Q is an integer of four or more.07-21-2011
20090121664Open/Close Body Drive Device - The open/close body drive device is capable of restarting a brushless motor, without using magnetic pole sensors, so as to securely drive an open/close body in an arbitrary direction when any of the magnetic pole sensors has failed. When a CPU (05-14-2009
