20110290990 CONSTRUCTION UNIT, COMPRISING A LIGHT DETECTOR, AND A PROCESS TO ASSEMBLE SUCH CONSTRUCTION UNIT TO A CARRIER, SUCH AS PRINTED CIRCUIT CARD - The present invention embraces a construction unit comprising a light detector and mountable to a carrier, such as a printed circuit card, and where said construction unit is adapted to be includable in a gas sensor-related arrangement. Said construction unit is assigned a plurality of first connection devices, which connection devices are adapted and distributed along a first surface portion of said construction unit for an electric connection facility to second connection devices related to said carrier. Said construction unit is adapted attachable to or placeable in the vicinity of a translucent recess formed in said carrier for the formation of an aperture. An optoelectric sensor is tightly placed against one side surface of said carrier while a first light-generating means is orientable, preferably as an individual unit, at an adapted distance from or along the other and opposite side surface of the carrier. Said optoelectric sensor shall be protected by a transparent, or in any case partly transparent, cover plate alternatively a filter.12-01-2011
20110238334ARRANGEMENT RELATED TO A GAS SENSOR - A gas-sensor related arrangement and more specifically an arrangement which, for its function, utilizes a first light-generating element, a second light-receiving element, and a third element for forming and defining an optical measuring distance between the first and second elements through a gas sample, as well as a control unit, with associated calculating circuits. More specifically, a unit is to be allotted to a plurality of first electric connector devices or elements. The connector devices are adapted and distributed along a first surface portion of the unit for an electric connecting possibility to other electric connector devices or elements related to a carrier, such as a printed circuit card or board, for the unit. The first and second elements are to be closely related to each other within a discrete unit as a first and a second surface section. The discrete unit is shaped and dimensioned so as to exhibit a small thermal mass. The entire, or at least a part, of a memory circuit, the entire, or at least a part, of the control unit, with all or chosen associated calculating circuits, are to be coordinated in the discrete unit and to be, over an internal wiring coordinated with the discrete unit, connected to chosen first electric connector devices.09-29-2011
20110235042ARRANGEMENT ADAPTED FOR SPECTRAL ANALYSIS OF HIGH CONCENTRATIONS OF GAS - This invention comprises an arrangement adapted for spectral analysis having a transmitting means adapted for electromagnetic radiation, a delimited space, in the form of a cavity, serving as a measuring cell and intended to be capable of defining an optical measuring distance, a sensing means of said electromagnetic radiation passing said optical measuring distance from said transmitting means, and a unit at any rate connected to said sensing means performing the spectral analysis. Said sensing means for the electromagnetic radiation is opto-electrically adapted sensitive to the electromagnetic radiation, which is intended to fall within the spectral range whose chosen wavelength components or spectral elements are to become objects of an analysis in the unit performing the spectral analysis for determining in this unit, over calculations, the relative intensity of radiation of the spectral element. Said electromagnetic radiation is adapted to pass the space in which a sample of gas exists. Said optical measuring distance within the space is chosen to be very short, at any rate shorter than 15 millimeters, and therefore the sample of gas must exhibit a high concentration with regard to the portion of gas, which is being evaluated.09-29-2011
20110109905ARRANGEMENT ADAPTED FOR SPECTRAL ANALYSIS - An arrangement adapted for a spectral analysis, having a light transmitting means, a delimited space in the form of a cavity serving as a measuring cell and defining an optical measuring distance, a light sensing means for detecting radiation passing said optical measuring distance from said light transmitting means, and a unit, connected at least to said light sensing means and performing the spectral analysis. Beams of radiation from the light transmitting means are made to pass through an optical band-pass filter at different angles of incidence. The filter is structured so as to pass a wavelength in dependence of the angle of incidence. A first chosen wavelength component is separated from a second wavelength component, each being received in its opto-electric means. Said unit is adapted for detecting and calculating an occurring radiation intensity for each such wavelength component.05-12-2011
