A synthetic-polymer solution comprising a synthetic polymer consisting mainly of a polyurethane, fine inorganic particles, and a polar organic solvent is applied to one surface of a fibrous fabric and then brought into contact with a gaseous phase in which waterdrops having an average particle diameter of 1-30 μm have been evenly dispersed, thereby making the synthetic polymer semisolid. The fabric is then immersed in water to completely solidify the polymer and thereby obtain a moisture-permeable waterproof fabric comprising the fibrous fabric and, united to one surface thereof, a microporous film of a single-layer structure comprising the synthetic polymer consisting mainly of a polyurethane (the number of micropores having a pore diameter of 0.1-5 μm is (5-200)×1005-31-2012

20100170300DOUBLE KNIT FABRIC HAVING SUPERIOR RUN OR CURLING GENERATION PREVENTING ABILITY AND A METHOD FOR PROCESSING THE DOUBLE KNIT FABRIC - A double knit fabric which does not require hemming treatment even when it is cut into a desired shape and does not give any damage on handling to the fabric when an user wears it, and which can suppress generation of run or curling. A double knit fabric having a superior run and curling generation preventing ability, is made by a knitting process utilizing a non-elastic yarn and an elastic yarn having thermal deformation starting temperature being 150° C. to 190° C., with a plating stitch so that the non elastic yarn is arranged on both external surfaces thereof, while the elastic yarn is arranged on both inner surfaces thereof.07-08-2010
20100116542FLAME RETARDANT METAL COATED FABRIC, AND ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE SHIELDING GASKET - The present invention provides a metal coated fabric having excellent electromagnetic shielding properties. The metal coated fabric of the present invention has a layer of a flame retardant composition on at least one surface thereof, the flame retardant composition being prepared without using a halogen compound or antimony compound.05-13-2010
20090288875ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE SHIELDING MESH - Provided is an electromagnetic wave shielding mesh, which is arranged on the front face of a display such as a PDP (Plasma Display Panel) or an FED (Field Emission Display) thereby to shield the leakage of electromagnetic waves. The electromagnetic wave shielding mesh has excellent light transmitting and electromagnetic wave shielding properties, but has neither moire nor brightness mottle in a manner to match the display having various pixel pitches. The electromagnetic wave shielding mesh is characterized in that it is woven of fibrous filaments and has a metallic cover film formed on its surface to give an electric conductivity, and in that its ratio (R) of a weft density to a warp density is 0.67≦R≦0.97, or 1.03≦R≦1.50.11-26-2009
20090276936SHAPE CHANGEABLE TEXTILE FABRIC - A waterproof layer is formed as necessary on one or both surfaces of a textile fabric and as an outermost layer there is formed a water-swelling layer comprising a water-insoluble water-swelling resin applied in a pattern form.11-12-2009
