The bubble-generating structure of the present invention includes (1) a water-discharging nozzle, which is provided inside a pipe, (2) a receiving member, which is situated a specified distance from the water-discharging nozzle and which includes a flow path for passing liquid emitted from the water-discharging nozzle, and (3) an air hole provided in such a way as to take air into a space between the water-discharging nozzle and the receiving member. By taking in air due to a suction force that is generated when the liquid passes along the flow path, bubbles are generated in the liquid.
