The support frame supports the actuator lever and prevents it from rotating in one direction to activate an upper limit switch. A spring couples the rotation of the support frame and the actuator lever. When the sheet is fully rolled onto the tube, the pull bar cap retracts into the pull bar cavity and butts against the support frame.
