The second support structure is movable relative to the first support structure between a first extended position and a second retracted position. A collapsible container is supported by the second support structure. The container occupyies a first extended position when the second support structure is in the first position and a second collapsed position when the second support structure is in the retracted position.11-11-2010
20100219615CONVERTIBLE CART - The convertible cart comprises a first platform and a platform assembly. The platform assembly comprises a second platform and a third platform and is pivotably connected to the first platform. The platform assembly moves between a first position where the second platform is disposed above the first platform and a second position where the third platform forms a continuous platform with the first platform. In another embodiment the cart comprises a first platform and a second platform movable between a first position where said second platform is disposed above the first platform and a second position where the third platform is coplanar with the first platform. Methods of converting a cart between a utility cart and a platform truck are also provided.09-02-2010
20100116822MODULAR RECYCLING/WASTE SYSTEM - A recycling/waste assembly comprises a plurality of base units, each comprising a base connection mechanism for connecting the base units to one another. The base units have a first wall connector for connecting each of the base units to at least one of a plurality of wall units. The assembly also comprises a plurality of top units, each comprising a top connection mechanism for connecting the top units to one another. The top units have a second wall connector for connecting the top units to the wall units. The top units comprise an opening and a lid for covering the opening. The wall units are engageable with the first wall connector and the second wall connector. The wall units also comprise wall connections for connecting the wall units to one another.05-13-2010
20100066045CART - The cart of the invention utilizes a sliding support to mount a container onto the cart. In one embodiment the container is a linen bag mounted to the cart handles. A shelf or platform is located below the sliding support. The sliding support allows the container to be stored either under the support and over the platform, or if more storage space is required, the sliding support allows the container to slide on the support, providing open space for items to be placed on the platform. The container may also be easily slid off of the cart for removal by the user. The container may be provided with a telescopic handle and wheels for easy transport of the container and its contents.03-18-2010
20100050370WASTE STREAM SEPARATOR - A bag holder is positioned on a container and defines an opening allowing access to the interior of the container. A portion of the bag holder surrounds the opening and defines a first section and a second section where the first section is arranged to support a first can liner in the container interior and the second section is arranged to hold a second can liner in the container interior. The first and second sections may also cooperate to also hold a single can liner in the container interior. A cinch may be provided for holding the first can liner and the second can liner on the first section and the second section under tension.03-04-2010
20090241280FLEXIBLE CLEANING TOOL - A cleaning tool comprises a soft, flexible body. A resilient backbone is located inside of the flexible body. The backbone may be insert molded in the body. The backbone may be formed of a plurality of branches where the branches extend from a center core to the edge of the body. The backbone may be formed with an arched shape in its undeformed state such that the body has an arched shape in its undeformed state and a cleaning surface of the body has a concave shape such that pressure may be applied to the body opposite the cleaning surface to flatten out the body. The body may have a first straight edge and an opposite convex edge where the concave edge may terminate at a corner having an acute included angle. The backbone may be pivotably connected to a handle.10-01-2009
20090189498CLEANING CART - The cart comprises a platform supported on wheels. A plurality of vertical supports support a frame member at a spaced distance from the platform. The frame member defines a first opening disposed over a compartment. A door closes the opening to allow a user to isolate the compartment from the external environment. The door pivots from the closed position to the open position about two axes such that the door can be opened and the compartment accessed from different positions around the cart. In one open position the door is stopped in an upstanding, substantially vertical position such that the door is easily opened and closed. In a second open position the door extends downward against the side of the cart such that the door does not obstruct access to the compartment.07-30-2009
20090166999CONVERTIBLE A-FRAME CART - A cart comprises a first pillar that is mounted on a platform and defines first and second load supporting surfaces. A second pillar is mounted on the platform defining a third and fourth load supporting surfaces. The first and third load supporting surfaces are coplanar and the second and fourth load supporting surfaces are coplanar such that the first and second pillars form an A-frame support structure. Movable platforms are connected to the pillars and are movable between a raised position and a lowered position. When the movable platforms are in the lowered position, they are coplanar and form a support surface. Hangers are pivotably attached to the first pillar and are movable between a retracted position and an extended position.07-02-2009
