The network operation center provides a message to a customer over a communication link and waits for a reply to the message from the customer. When the reply is received, the center determines whether the reply indicated the customer is receptive to contact from a call center. If the reply indicates the customer is receptive, the center provides a notification to the center along with customer contact information.
