The photosensitive drum and the developer roller are contacted with each other. The conductive electrode is contacted with a power supply electrode in the image forming apparatus to receive a developing bias. The rectifier converts an alternating current bias voltage into a direct current bias voltage. The rectifier is electrically connected between the conductive electrode and the developer roller. A rectifier converting an alternating current bias voltage into a direct current bias voltage is added into a contact process cartridge in the present invention.
