The transmitting method includes creating a frame having a preamble slot, a data slot and a control slot, and sending the created frame. The control slot has information for assigning the data slot to one of an uplink and a downlink. The receiving method includes receiving such a frame wherein the control slot has scheduling information for each user, and extracting the data slot from the received frame by using the scheduling information in the control slot.
