20120284924EXPANDABLE PILLOW - The pillow includes upper and lower substantially identical fabric sections, each having a peripheral edge with a gusset extending therebetween. A zipper assembly includes a gusset zipper portion and a pillow zipper portion which extends around substantially the entire periphery of the pillow from the end of the gusset zipper portion to a terminating point just before the end of the gusset zipper portion.11-15-2012
20120036642PILLOW WITH AIR BLADDER INSERT - The pillow includes a pillow tick which includes first and second substantially identical fabric members. A chamber extends along the length of the pillow at one longitudinal edge thereof. An air bladder member with crushable foam or polyester pellets is positioned within the chamber. A valve extends from the air bladder member to provide adjustable neck support. Pressure is exerted on the foam with the valve open. When the desired firmness is achieved, the valve is closed. Two baffle members are positioned in the tick volume between the other longitudinal edge of the tick and the chamber. The tick volume contains natural or synthetic fill. The baffles angle toward each other to provide good support and comfort and to reduce movement of the fill.02-16-2012
20110179576BAFFLE BOX PILLOW - The pillow includes first and second fabric layers and third and fourth fabric layers, all of which are identical and secured together around the peripheries thereof. Positioned between the first and second fabric layers is a baffle structure which includes first and second lateral baffles extending across the width of the pillow and positioned at approximately one-third and two-thirds of the longitudinal distance (dimension) of the pillow. The baffle structure includes two central baffles, two first end baffles and two second end baffles, arranged to define baffle boxes of approximately equal size. The two central baffles extend longitudinally from one lateral baffle, leaving a space between the free ends thereof and the other lateral baffle to permit filling of the pillow. The first end baffles extend from the one lateral baffle a selected distance, leaving a space between the first end baffles and one lateral edge of the pillow to permit filling of the pillow. The second end baffles extend from the opposing lateral edge of the pillow toward the other lateral baffle, leaving a space between the second end baffles and the other lateral baffle to permit filling of the pillow.07-28-2011
20110047699BAFFLE BOX COMFORTER - The comforter includes two substantially identical fabric sections, with lines of attachment between them defining edges of a plurality of side-by-side parallel channels. Baffle members are positioned within each channel, attached to one edge of each channel, but not extending all the way to the opposing edge thereof, wherein the baffle members in any given channel are positioned in a staggered relationship relative to the position of baffle members in adjacent channels.03-03-2011
20090106904CONVEX PILLOW CONFIGURATION - The pillow includes at least two substantially identical pillow shell layers secured to each other around the peripheries thereof. Each layer has corner configurations defined by approximately straight, inwardly directed tapered end portions of adjacent edges, which meet at corner points, wherein the angle between the meeting end portions of adjacent edges is in the range of 120°-140°.04-30-2009
20080250566PILLOW WITH CENTRAL SPACED INTERNAL BAFFLES - The pillow includes first and second fabric sections which are secured around the peripheries thereof to form an interior volume. First and second baffle members are positioned within the interior volume, attached to the first and second fabric sections. The first and second baffle members extend in the longitudinal direction of the pillow about the center thereof and are spaced approximately equidistant laterally from the center line of the pillow. The baffle members either parallel each other or curve away from each other from the midpoints to the free ends thereof. Baffle members are configured and positioned such that there is substantial space between the baffle members, respectively, and the peripheral edge of the pillow.10-16-2008
20080201846BEDDING ARTICLE WITH CUPPED BAFFLES IN A PLURALITY OF SIDE-BY-SIDE CHANNELS - The bedding article includes upper and lower fabric layers which are substantially identical in configuration and are secured to each other around the peripheries thereof. A plurality of channels are defined by channel baffle members which extend in a longitudinal direction of the bedding article. A plurality of curved, cup-like baffle elements are positioned in the channels, attached to the upper and lower fabric sections. The baffle members alternate in orientation, i.e. their direction of opening, along the length of the channel, wherein adjacent baffles which curve toward each other are spaced apart so as to permit fill to be blown into the channels and the volumes bounded by the baffle elements.08-28-2008
