|20140238187||HYBRID TRANSMISSION FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE - A transmission includes a main gearbox and an electric machine. The main gearbox has a primary shaft, a secondary shaft and gear sets, each having a driving gearwheel carried by a respective primary shaft and a driven gearwheel carried by a respective secondary shaft. A first gearwheel and a second gearwheel meshing with each other are idly mounted on the primary shaft and on the secondary shaft, respectively, and are selectively connectable for rotation with the respective shaft by a first coupling device and of a second coupling device, respectively. The electric machine is releasably connected to the first gearwheel or to the second gearwheel, such that with the first coupling device in an engaged position the electric machine is able to transmit torque to the primary shaft on which the first gearwheel is mounted, while with the second coupling device in an engaged position, the electric machine is able to transmit torque to the secondary shaft on which the second gearwheel is mounted. |20120304790||ELECTRIC PROPULSION SYSTEM FOR VEHICLES - A propulsion system includes two electric motors, a gearbox with at least three forward gears and a control unit to control the electric motors and the engagement of the gears. The gearbox includes two primary shafts, one associated to with the odd gears and the other with the even gears and are permanently connected each to a respective electric motor. The control unit controls the two electric motors and the engagement of the gears of the gearbox to provide at least a first operating mode in which the first gear and the second gear are engaged at the same time and a second operating mode in which the second gear and the third gear are engaged at the same time. |20110079097||TWO-SPEED TRANSMISSION FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES - The transmission comprises: a primary shaft; a secondary shaft; a gearing of first speed comprising a first driving gearwheel carried by the primary shaft and a first driven gearwheel carried by the secondary shaft and permanently meshing with the first driving gearwheel; a gearing of second speed comprising a second driving gearwheel carried by the primary shaft and a second driven gearwheel carried by the secondary shaft and permanently meshing with the second driving gearwheel; an overrunning clutch associated to one of the first driving gearwheel and first driven gearwheel to allow the transmission of the torque via the gearing of first speed only in the direction from the primary shaft to the secondary shaft; a first coupling device arranged to connect either of the first driving gearwheel and first driven gearwheel, namely the gearwheel to which the overrunning clutch is associated, for rotation directly with the respective shaft, so as to allow the transmission of the torque via the gearing of first speed also in the direction from the secondary shaft to the primary shaft; and a second coupling device arranged to connect either of the second driving gearwheel and second driven gearwheel for rotation with the respective shaft. The first and second coupling devices are both shiftable between an open condition and a closed condition independently of each other. |20100065391||DOUBLE-CONE SYNCHRONIZER FOR VEHICLE TRANSMISSIONS - The synchronizer comprises: a hub, an actuating sleeve, two synchronizing rings each having a conical surface, two inner rings each having a conical surface, two intermediate rings each having a first radially outer conical surface arranged to be brought into contact with the conical surface of the associated synchronizing ring and a second radially inner conical surface arranged to be brought into contact with the conical surface of the associated inner ring, two engagement ring gears intended to be torsionally coupled each to a respective idle gearwheel.
