The present invention provides a stable phospholipid emulsion based on dihydroquercetin (DHQ), its compounds and derivatives. The invention further provides a method a quite simple and economic method for the preparation of disclosed emulsion. The disclosed emulsion is characterized by the improved bioavailabilty and selectivity of the effect of active compounds and by the increased stability and prolonged storage terms.
