20120108703SURFACE PROTECTIVE AGENT - The present invention provides a surface protective agent having good hard coating properties and good adhesion properties to metal.05-03-2012
20110239313METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF TRACP5b - Silkworms which have (i) a DNA encoding a transcriptional regulator operably linked downstream of a promoter of a DNA encoding a protein specifically expressed in the silk gland and (ii) a DNA encoding TRACP5 operably linked downstream of a target promoter of the transcriptional regulator were produced. The result showed that active TRACP5b was produced from the silkworms. This means that TRACP5 produced from the silk gland of the silkworms undergoes processing in the silk gland that is similar to the processing taking place at bone resorption sites.09-29-2011
20110136261METHOD OF ASSAYING COMPLEX AND KIT TO BE USED THEREFOR - In the case of assaying the level of complex AB in a sample which likely contains the complex AB composed of substance A with another substance B, the complex is assayed by the competitive homogeneous assay method with the use of reagents including a reagent containing partner C specifically binding to substance A, a reagent containing partner D specifically binding to substance B, a reagent containing fine particles carrying substance A or an analogue thereof and substance B or an analogue thereof, and a reagent containing partner C specifically binding to substance A and partner D specifically binding to substance B. Thus, the complex in the sample can be easily assayed. The above method is applicable to general-purpose biochemical automatic analyzers.06-09-2011
20110021757TRANSGENIC SILKWORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING ANTIBODY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF - The present inventors produced transgenic silkworms which comprise a promoter of a DNA encoding a protein specifically expressed in the silk gland and a DNA encoding a recombinant antibody whose expression is regulated directly or indirectly by the promoter, and which secrete the recombinant antibody into the silk gland. The recombinant antibodies produced from the silk gland of the transgenic silkworms were confirmed to be active.01-27-2011
20100307925COPPER FILLING-UP METHOD - There is provided a method of well filling copper in a conductivity-rendered non-through hole having an aspect ratio (depth/hole diameter) of 5 or more on a substrate in a short period of time, and the method comprises using an acidic copper plating bath comprising a water-soluble copper salt, sulfuric acid, chlorine ion, a brightener and a copolymer of diallylamines and sulfur dioxide and filling copper in the non-through hole by periodic current reversal copper plating.12-09-2010
20100255269COPPER FILLING-UP METHOD - [Problem to be Solved] To provide a method of well filling copper in a non-through hole on a conductivity-rendered substrate by using a copper plating bath containing fewer additives.10-07-2010
20100248393METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF ANTIGEN AND ANTIBODY AGAINST THE ANTIGEN, AND DETERMINATION REAGENT FOR USE IN THE METHOD - For determining an antigen or an antibody against the antigen in a sample, a determination reagent is used which comprises an antibody capable of causing an antigen-antibody reaction with the antigen contained in the sample and an antigen capable of causing an antigen-antibody reaction with both of the antibody contained in the sample and the antibody contained in the reagent. Either one of the antigen and the antibody in the reagent is supported on a microparticle. The sample is mixed with the reagent. The antigen or the antibody in the sample can be determined based on the degree of increase or decrease in agglutination caused by the antigen-antibody reaction. It becomes possible to determine both of an antigen and an antibody against the antigen in a sample accurately using one and the same reagent.09-30-2010
20100151587Method of Assaying Antigen and Kit to be Used therein - By using an antibody which is covalently bonded to a water soluble polymer as an antibody to be used in a competitive immunoagglutination assay in a homogeneous system, a protein antigen at a high concentration can be accurately assayed in an undiluted system without resorting to dilution.06-17-2010
20090275059Marker proteins for diagnosing liver disease and method of diagnosing liver disease using the same - Using the protein chip technology, biological samples such as sera are subjected to proteome analysis. Thus, a protein which is a human fibrinogen α-E chain decomposition product and has a molecular weight of 5,900, a protein which is an apolipoprotein AII decomposition product and has a molecular weight of 7,800, and a protein which is an apolipoprotein AI decomposition product and has a molecular weight of 28,000, each showing an increase or a decrease with the habit of drinking, are newly found out. By detecting or quantifying these proteins, a liver disease in a subject such as one having a problem of drinking can be diagnosed at the early stage.11-05-2009
20090249833Process for producing spherical inorganic particle - A process for producing spherical inorganic particles which have high flowability, can be incorporated in a high proportion, and are useful as a filler for composite substrates such as printed wiring boards and encapsulating materials. Also provided is a process for producing spherical inorganic particles which have high flowability and can be incorporated in a high proportion and which are useful as a filler for encapsulating materials and give an encapsulating material having high electrical insulating properties. One of the processes for producing spherical inorganic particles comprises: (a1) pulverizing a silicate-containing inorganic material to form a pulverization product; (b1) heating the pulverization product in an atomized state to form the pulverization product into spherical particles; (c1) spraying water over the spherical particles to cool them while maintaining the atomized state of the spherical particles; and (d1) collecting the spherical particles. The other process, which is for producing spherical glass particles, comprises: a pulverization step in which a silicate-containing vitreous material is pulverized to form a pulverization product; an acid treatment step in which the pulverization product is contacted with an acid; and a sphering step in which the pulverization product is heated in a suspended state and formed into spherical particles.10-08-2009
20090215929Method for Producing Fiber-Reinforced Thermally Meltable Epoxy Resin - Disclosed herein are a method for producing a fiber-reinforced thermally meltable epoxy resin having excellent heat resistance using a thermally meltable epoxy resin having a high melting initiation temperature and a fiber-reinforced plastic molded by the method. The method for producing a fiber-reinforced thermally meltable epoxy resin comprises the steps of: (I) impregnating reinforcing fibers with a compound (A) having two epoxy groups in one molecule and a compound (B) having two phenolic hydroxyl groups in one molecule; and (II) linearly polymerizing the compounds (A) and (B) impregnated into the reinforcing fibers by polyaddition reaction, wherein at least a part of the compound (A) and/or at least a part of the compound (B) are/is a compound having a fluorene skeleton, and the compound (A) and the compound (B) are mixed in such a ratio that the number of moles of epoxy groups in the compound (A) is 0.9 to 1.1 times the number of moles of phenolic hydroxyl groups in the compound (B).08-27-2009
20090136978 METHOD FOR MEASURING PHOSPHORIC ACID - In measuring phosphoric acid by the use of an enzyme cycling system using a dehydrogenase together with a thio-NADP, a thio-NAD, a reduced thio-NADP or a reduced thio-NAD as a coenzyme, phosphoric acid is measurable in a wide concentration range from a low concentration to a high concentration by measuring phosphoric acid after previous removal of free phosphoric acid in reagent components for the measurement.05-28-2009
