The first edge of the parcel of land may be positioned near a road or sidewalk. A separate building that has an axis that is substantially parallel to one of the axis of the one or more buildings in an approximate L-shape may be positioned near the one or more buildings in an approximate L-shape to form an approximate U-shape of buildings with a green space in the interior of the U-shape of buildings.
