20110133685CLASSIFIED SOLAR CHARGING METHOD - A classified solar charging method defines four magnitude classes of charging current in accordance with a combination selected from four magnitude classes of power production of a solar cell and four magnitude classes of capacity of each rechargeable battery of a rechargeable battery pack. In addition to the optimal charging current, the method simultaneously takes an operating temperature of the rechargeable battery into account upon using the solar cell to store energy in the rechargeable battery. Accordingly, the present invention can selectively charge overall, partial or single rechargeable battery based on the power production of the solar cell and the capacity of the rechargeable battery to enhance a charging efficiency and reduce a charging time.06-09-2011
20110063443CRUISING SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM FOR AUTO DETECTING AND TRACING SUSPECTED INVADERS - A cruising surveillance system comprises a plurality of wireless beacons and an unmanned vehicle. Each of the wireless beacons emits a unique wireless sequential signal. The unmanned vehicle is equipped with an infrared object sensor, a video camera recorder, a wireless transceiving unit, a central processing unit, a driving unit, and a power supply unit. The central processing unit compares the wireless sequential signal received from the wireless transceiving unit, and makes the driving unit to move the unmanned vehicle to cruises along a route defined by the wireless beacons. When the object sensor detected a suspected object, the central processing makes the driving unit to move the unmanned vehicle to approach thereto, and makes the video camera recorder to record the suspected object, and transmits a video recording of the suspected object to a surveillance center via the wireless transceiving unit.03-17-2011
20100292926ROAD TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYING SYSTEM - A road topographic surveying system comprises at least a vehicle, a horizontal angle sensor, an encoder, a micro-processor, a data storage, and display. The vehicle has a wheel with a wheel radius rotatably engaged with road and coupled with the encoder. The encoder generates a rotate signal to the micro-processor at every predetermined graduations of the wheel rotation. Each time the micro-processor receives the rotate signals, acquires a instantaneous horizontal angle value from the horizontal angle sensor thereby to calculate a segment of moving length and a segment of height, and calculate an accumulated height and calculates an accumulated length, stores the accumulated length, instantaneous horizontal angle value and the accumulated height into the data storage, and display the all in the display correspondingly and sequentially.11-18-2010
20100242348METHOD OF INCREASING TRANSESTERIFICATION CONVERSION OF OILS - A method that can effectively increase the transesterification conversion of oils comprises the following steps of setting a rotating packed bed reactor for performing centrifugal rotation, centrifugally rotating the rotating packed bed to rotate relative to the container by the drive shaft; heating the oils and additives being heated to arrive at a temperature range approximately between 40 degrees Celsius to 100 degrees Celsius before entering the rotating packed bed; injecting the oils and the additives; performing the transesterification reaction, wherein the oils and the additives are delivered by a centrifugal force to pass through the stainless steel filler in the packed reaction region; performing the transesterification reaction with a rotation speed range of approximately 300 rpm to 1500 rpm; inducing a phase separation; and collecting the effluent at the outlet of the rotating packed bed reactor.09-30-2010
20100106720METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING A REMOTE PATTERN - For clearly identifying a product recorded in an image file provided by a client terminal, a method for identifying a remote pattern method is provided for preventing disputes between consumers and shopping websites. Such disputes are often caused when a conventional shopping website just searches products required by a consumer based on messages provided by the consumer. In the provided method, an image file of a required product of a consumer is identified by a customer service terminal for generating a plurality of keywords related to the required product. The keywords are then inputted into a database for searching. Detailed information about the required product is found according to search results. After the detailed information is examined by the customer service terminal, the examined detailed information is returned to the client at the client terminal.04-29-2010
20090136023Data Encryption Method Using Discrete Fractional Hadamard Transformation - A data encryption method using discrete fractional Hadamard transformation includes the steps of: providing a set of data; processing the data with discrete fractional Hadamard transformation to generate at least one Hadamard matrix, the Hadamard matrix having eigen vectors corresponding to eigen values; selecting order parameters from order vectors of the Hadamard matrix; designating the order parameters as a private key in data encryption. In an embodiment, a set of integers is designated to define numerators and denominators of fractions which represent the eigen values of the Hadamard matrix.05-28-2009
