20150089990 | BENDING DIE HAVING SURFACE MICROSTRUCTURES AND BENDING PUNCH THEREOF - Provided are a bending die having surface microstructures and a bending punch thereof applicable to stamping processing to bend a blank to form a shape. The bending die includes a lower die, an upper die, and a workpiece placing piece. The lower die includes a die, and the die includes a forming surface. The upper die includes a bending punch, the bending punch stamps a blank placed on the die in a back and forth stroke, and the bending punch includes a working portion coming into contact with the blank during stamping. The workpiece placing piece is disposed between the upper die and the lower die and used to position or/and press the blank placed on the die. A plurality of microstructures are disposed on the forming surface and/or on the surface of the working portion. | 04-02-2015 |
20120081926 | INTEGRATED LIGHT GUIDE PLATE HAVING ENHANCED AXIAL LUMINOSITY - An integrated light guide plate having axial directional luminance distribution has a substrate. The substrate has a light incident plane, a light emission plane and a bottom surface opposite to the light emission surface. The light incident plane has a plurality of V-cuts formed thereon to serve as prisms. The included angle of the V-cuts is between 85° and 105°. A plurality of pyramidal recesses is formed on the bottom surface of the substrate. Given the formation of the V-cuts and the pyramidal recesses, the integrated light guide plate of the present invention provides an enhanced axial luminous intensity without requiring additional diffuser sheets and prism sheets. Accordingly, the integrated light guide plate has a good directional axial luminance. | 04-05-2012 |
20110188001 | PROJECTOR USING LEDS AS LIGHT SOURCES - A projector is provided, which includes a red substrate, a green substrate, a blue substrate, an X-cube, an electronic control element, a light guide element, a light valve element, and a projection lens. The red substrate, the green substrate, and the blue substrate respectively illuminate three surfaces of the X-cube, and the light is mixed in the X-cube and then exits from a light emitting surface. The electronic control element controls the red substrate, the green substrate, and the blue substrate. The light guide element is used for reflecting the light from the light emitting surface of the X-cube. The light valve element is used for reflecting the light from the light guide element back to the light guide element, and the light passes through the light guide element and then projected by the projection lens onto a projection plane area. Thereby, the ON/OFF switch time of the present invention is shortened, the temperature may not get over high, the optical efficiency is enhanced, and the whole volume is significantly reduced. | 08-04-2011 |
20100208478 | AUTOMOTIVE HEADLIGHT SYSTEM AND ADAPTIVE AUTOMOTIVE HEADLIGHT SYSTEM WITH INSTANT CONTROL AND COMPENSATION - An automotive headlight system and an adaptive automotive headlight system with instant compensation control are provided. The automotive headlight system includes a light source, a total internal reflection prism, a digital reflecting element, a freeform lens, and a multi-curve-reflector. The total internal reflection prism is used for redirecting and reflecting light beams from the light source. The digital reflecting element is controlled to switch to a plurality of states with regard to reflected light beams from the total internal reflection prism then compensation patterns will be promptly given during different states. The freeform lens is used for controlling directions of the light beams from the digital reflecting element. The multi-curve-reflector has a plurality of radii of curvature for reflecting the light beams from the freeform lens. As the automotive headlight system merely uses optical refractive and reflecting elements so that the number of components and cost is greatly reduced as compared with the prior art. Furthermore, the most important is that this invention proposes a new design and instant and personalized compensation solution to reduce more driver's risks. | 08-19-2010 |
