The fabrics produced according to the invention comprise flocking and glitter particulates at the exposed surface of the adhesive used to attach the flocking and glitter particulates to the fabric. By adhering the glitter particulates to the exposed surface of the adhesive layer—rather than admixing the glitter particulates with the adhesive—the decorative effect is maintained while reducing the amount of glitter particulates used in the manufacturing process.
