The model space definition comprises a plurality of roles each having a predefined character set. During the simulation, human role players perform acts and carry out steps or functions in accordance with the predefined character sets. Participants in or monitors of the simulation identify results in respect to achieving the performance requirement, as well as deficiencies that are at least in part responsible for the results.
