The medication dispenser comprises an elongate tubular body with a cavity formed in the body and adapted to receive a medication container. Lateral aperture is formed in the body and communicates with the cavity. A sleeve is rotatably mounted to a first end region of the medication dispenser. The sleeve has a sleeve aperture which moves into and out of alignment with the lateral aperture during rotation of the sleeve. A mouthpiece moves between a discharge position and a storage position with rotation of the sleeve. The tubular body has a longitudinal axis which deviates away from the position of the extended mouthpiece, the deviation occurring outside the first end region.
