The present invention removes the need for fuel and eliminates emissions. The present invention utilizes the alternator in normal operation to provide the current through the solenoids to produce magnetic fields. Vehicle speed is controlled by changing the amount of current going through the solenoid. This process changes the magnitude of the originating and induced magnetic fields of the solenoid and piston.
