Compared with prior art, a solder on the weld part of the conduction terminal of the invention forms as a film. Therefore, the conduction terminal of the invention is easily welded on a substrate, and the conduction terminals do not easily have a short circuit and conjoined solders. An electrical connector based on the invention includes an insulating base with a plurality of passageways and a terminal accepted in the passageway. The insulating base and the terminal are fixed via a melt glue fixing structure, and the melt glue fixing structure has a shape which can increase the fixing effect. In the melt glue fixing method and the electrical connector using this method according to the invention, the melted material can flow toward a designated area due to the glue-blocking device.
