One end of the heat pipe is in contact with one surface of the thermoelectric element. Heat dissipation fins are disposed on the other end of the heat pipe. A cooling passage contains therein the heat dissipation fins of the heat pipe. Coolant fluid flows inside the cooling passage so that the coolant fluid performs heat exchange with the heat dissipation fins.
