20120115401Floor Finish Removal and Cleaning Apparatus - A floor care apparatus is provided that utilizes at least one cylindrical pad to remove a floor finish. More specifically, a cylindrical pad having an abrasive surface is integrated onto a cylindrical scrubber brush or associated core or roller commonly used in the art. The main outwardly-facing surface of the pad contacts the floor to remove a predetermined amount of floor finish wherein generated debris is expelled away from the pad. After finish removal, a new layer of finish is applied to the floor. Thus, the need to remove all finish layers from a flooring surface is alleviated, which saves time and money.05-10-2012
20120096671FLOOR CLEANING APPARATUS EMPLOYING A COMBINED SWEEPER AND VACCUM ASSEMBLY - A floor cleaning device employing a brush assembly is provided. The brush assembly includes a front brush and a rear brush that spin about an axis line generally parallel to the surface being cleaned. The spinning rotation of the brush along with the configuration of the housing help provide an airflow path that sucks debris from the surface being cleaned. The debris is directed to a hopper wherein larger items are captured and smaller items are suctioned into a vacuum bag.04-26-2012
20110315787Pressure Washer Device Employing a Cool Bypass - A pressure washer device is provided that employs an unloader bypass valve that directs a selective amount of fluid via a small diameter bypass line back to a water storage tank. The small amount of fluid allows for the pump to remain working and introduces cooler water into a bypass circuit, thereby allowing the thermal relief valve to be omitted. The diameter of the bypass line is of such a diameter to prevent siphonage of the detergent associated with the pressure washer system into the water storage tank as well.12-29-2011
20110253179TOWED PORTABLE CLEANING STATION - A device and method of use for a towed portable cleaning facility is disclosed. The device employs storage tanks for both the storage and transport of cleaning fluids. The tanks serve the additional function of surrounding and enclosing the cleaning area an area that may be used for cleaning or storage. By utilizing the tanks as walls, the present invention provides a portable cleaning station. The device may further include the ability to treat and clean used fluids in order to either reuse or safely dispose of the used fluids as well as the ability to recover heat energy from an engine compartment to heat cleaning fluids.10-20-2011
20110167670Integrated Water Damage Restoration System, Sensors Therefor, and Method of Using Same - An overall restoration system useful in removing moisture from structures is provided. The contemplated system includes a power and control device, a series of sensors, and a number of various different drying equipment, all capable of communication with a remote server. The system is highly portable, flexible and cost-efficient to manufacture and operate.07-14-2011
