The anti-vibration pad includes at least one sidewall, a top and a bottom. The top has a plurality of protrusions and is adapted for placement under a potentially vibrating appliance. The bottom has a plurality of recesses extending at least half way into the at least one anti-vibration pad and is adapted for placement on a surface where the potentially vibrating appliance is placed. The at least one anti-vibration pad reduces noise and vibration of the potentially vibrating appliance when the at least one anti-vibration pad is placed under the potentially vibrating appliance.
