The bead reinforcing structure includes a carcass, and an inside steel chafer having a first predetermined inclination angle and an outside steel chafer having a second predetermined inclination angle. The inside and outside steel chafers are disposed inside and outside the carcass, respectively, thereby reinforcing the bead from the inside and outside of the carcass.||06-19-2014|
|PNEUMATIC TIRE - Provided is a pneumatic tire which can fundamentally prevent the phenomenon in which cracks are generated in the bottoms of grooves and the areas where the side walls of blocks meet the bottoms of grooves, can suppress irregular abrasion of the tread, can enhance the overall rigidity of the tread, and can also enhance the drainage performance.||05-22-2014
|SEPARATOR FOR FUEL CELL AND FUEL CELL COMPRISING SAME - Disclosed are a separator for a fuel cell that improves power characteristics of the fuel cell, and a fuel cell including the same. The separator includes a plurality of current-carrying units, and an insulating unit interposed between the current-carrying units, wherein each current-carrying unit includes a first polymer matrix in which carbon-based particles are dispersed, and the insulating unit includes a second polymer matrix in which insulating inorganic particles are dispersed. The separator for fuel cells includes an insulating unit that exhibits low gas permeability and superior electrical insulation property, and the current-carrying unit that exhibits superior strength characteristics and conductivity, thus increasing voltage generated per one cell and considerably increasing a power generated per a constant area, when applied to the fuel cells.||08-01-2013
|NON-PNEUMATIC TIRE - The present disclosure provides a non-pneumatic tire. The non-pneumatic tire includes an outer cylindrical section having a tire tread; an inner cylindrical section connected to an axle of a vehicle; and a noise and vibration prevention spoke unit connecting the outer cylindrical section to the inner cylindrical section. The spoke unit is continuously supported by a road surface during vehicle driving, thereby reducing noise and vibration. In the non-pneumatic tire, the spoke blades are arranged at an angle, so that the spoke unit is continuously supported by a road surface during vehicle driving, thereby enabling reduction of noise and vibration while improving ride comfort. In addition, the non-pneumatic tire allows a designer to set lateral forces, as needed, as opposed to a conventional non-pneumatic tire, thereby enabling control of a leaning phenomenon caused by road structure. Furthermore, the non-pneumatic tire allows a designer to easily set a lateral force according to an angle and direction of a belt of an existing pneumatic tire through adjustment of an angle and length of the spoke blades.||07-04-2013
|HYBRID CORD COMPOSED OF ARAMID CORD AND NYLON 66 CORD, AND PNEUMATIC TIRE USING THE SAME AS REINFORCING CORD - Provided is a high-performance pneumatic radial tire for passenger cars which uses a hybrid cord composed of an aramid cord and a Nylon 66 cord having different twist counts for the first twist and different twist counts for the second twist, as a reinforcing belt, and thereby has improved high speed durability and steering stability.||01-31-2013
|POLYURETHANE FOAM AND PNEUMATIC TIRE - A polyurethane foam which is obtained by a reaction between a diol component and a diisocyanate component, with the diol component being a mixture of a polyether-based diol and a polyester-based diol, and a pneumatic tire to which the polyurethane foam is applied are provided. When a soft polyurethane foam is produced using a mixture of a polyether-based diol and a polyester-based diol as the diol component, and by varying the content of the expanding agent during the production process, and when the polyurethane foam is disposed in the cavity of a pneumatic tire, the polyurethane foam thus produced has an effect of reducing the resonance noise generated in the cavity of the tire and improving durability of the tire.||05-31-2012
