The push rod has a first working position and a second working position, in the first working position, an upper portion of the push rod is located above the seat at it's back side, and in the second working position, the upper portion of the push rod is located above the seat at it's front side. During the conversion of the push rod, the push rod is rotated relative to the front wheel bracket, the sliding element on the push rod is moved under the traction of the rear wheel bracket, and the rear wheel bracket is rotated relative to the seat rod under the traction of the sliding element.
