The method essentially places carbon fibre filaments running axially (longitudinally) with the hose in the first several layers of the built-up inner tube. The filaments are placed as near as possible to the inner wall of the inner tube so that the fibres do not interfere with the overall bending radius of the reinforced high pressure flexible hose.
