The light shield plate is provided beneath the lens and formed with an opening for selectively admitting the sunlight focused. The solar-powered electricity generator is formed beneath the opening for receiving the sunlight penetrating the opening. The solar-powered electricity generator includes a solar cell and a secondary light transmissive member coated with a self-cleaning material and configured to hermetically seal the solar cell. The heat-dissipating element is mounted on the solar-powered electricity generator to dissipate heat generated by the solar-powered electricity generator.
