Each photovoltaic cell includes a first-type semiconductor layer, a second-type semiconductor layer, and a first electrode. The second-type semiconductor layer has an interface in contact with the first-type semiconductor layer. The first-type semiconductor layer is located between the first electrode and the second-type semiconductor layer. The light enters each photovoltaic cell along a direction from the first electrode to the interface. The first electrode includes first and second electricity-collecting portions which cross with each other and belong to a single film layer.
