The device includes an inlet guide having a groove intended to receive a skewer and co-operating with a guide that can re-centre the skewer as it is moved by a push rod inserted into the groove. A second groove is provided in the plate opposite to and coaxially aligned with the first groove. The second groove opens into the recess that receives the ingredients.
