The radiating element includes an intermediate conductive rod having an upper terminating rod connected thereto proximal to an upper end thereof and a lower terminating rod connected thereto proximal to a lower end thereof. The terminating rods extend a distance of approximately 0.1 substantially perpendicular to and out from the conductive rod.
