The first end of each of the panels are interconnected with a first expandable member and the second end of each of the panels are interconnected with a second expandable member. Upon mounting of the sleeve on the ice chest, the expandable members are expanded and subsequently contract about the ice chest to retain the sleeve in place. Openings in the first and second expandable members accommodate pass through of handles attached to the ice chest.
