Measures of personality traits and optionally interests are used to match candidates to employment positions. Candidates' traits may be assessed by administering a questionnaire. A similar questionnaire may be provided to suitable employees who are already filling, or have previously filled, employment positions, in order to assess personality traits of suitable employees for each position.
