The assembly includes an elastic tube and a cleaning head mounted to a sleeve-jointed part on one end of the elastic tube. The cleaning head includes an integrated inner tube and an integrated outer tube. A tubular opening is disposed on and penetrating two ends of the inner tube while a water inlet is arranged around the outer tube. The water inlet is connected with a columnar water outlet between the inner tube and the outer tube. A projecting stop flange is provided protruding from the bottom end of the inner tube. Thus water flow is ejected from the tubular opening of the cleaning head and the columnar water outlet respectively to form a water jet and radial water flow.
