20120101638OPTIMUM PROPORTIONAL-INTEGRAL-DERIVATIVE (PID) CONTROL METHOD FOR ADAPTING A PROCESS FACILITY SYSTEM - An optimum PID control method for adapting a process facility system is provided. The process facility system includes a primary supply apparatus, a final control element, process facility, a PID controller, and a PID optimization module. When the PID optimization module identifies the primary supply apparatus is switched from an operating status to a shut-down status, the PID optimization module stores a control parameter value of the final control element that is present at the time when the shut down is made in a parameter value memory. Afterwards, when the PID optimization module detects the primary supply apparatus being switched back to the operating status, the PID optimization module retrieves the control parameter value from the parameter value memory and controls the final control element in such a way to have the final control element returning to a position before the shut down with a resumption parameter value and the control parameter value stored in the parameter value memory, whereby optimum PID control can be realized for the process facility in a non-continuous (batch) process.04-26-2012
20110309185METHOD AND STRUCTURE FOR SEPARATING THE WEB MATERIAL IN A WINDING MACHINE - Disclosed are a method and a structure for separating the web material in a winding machine. The winding machine includes an upper winding roller and a separation mechanism arranged at a location close to and below the upper winding roller. The separation mechanism includes a pivot shaft having an outer circumferential surface and at least one pinch arm having a connecting end coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the pivot shaft and a web engagement end extending outward from the outer circumferential surface of the pivot shaft. When the pinch arm is driven by a driving mechanism to rotate the web engagement end of the pinch arm to an engagement position where the web engagement end opposes the upper winding roller, the web engagement end of the pinch arm sucks and holds or guides a web material passing therethrough, whereby the web material is subjected to a pulling force induced by a roll of paper formed in a winding nip to tear and thus separate.12-22-2011

20110185870WASTE ROLL WEB PRODUCT PROCESSING SYSTEM - A waste roll web product processing system includes a first roller conveyor, a push bar conveyor, a second roller conveyor, a guide device and a cutter. The push bar conveyor pushes waste roll web products from the first roller conveyor to the second roller conveyor for enabling the second roller conveyor to deliver the waste roll web products to the guide device so that the waste roll web products fall downwards along the guide device one after another and the cutter cuts off each falling waste roll web product for enabling the web material and shaft of each waste roll web product to be separately recycled.08-04-2011
20110071010WEB PRODUCT FOLDING AND STACKING MACHINE, WEB PRODUCT FOLDING AND STACKING METHOD USING SAME - A web product folding and stacking machine includes two folding line making wheels, two folding fingers, a first carrier unit, a stoppage unit and a holder. The folding line making wheels and the folding fingers are operated to fold up web products on the first carrier unit to form a stack of interfolded web products. When a stack of a predetermined number of interfolded web products is finished, the stoppage unit is extended out to isolate the interfolded web products. Further, a retractable member of the stoppage unit is extended out to hold down the finished stack of interfolded web products when the stoppage unit is lowered to carry the finished stack of interfolded web products with the holder, keeping the finished stack of interfolded web products in integrity.03-24-2011
20100258670METHOD AND STRUCTURE FOR CUTTING OFF WEB MATERIAL IN WINDING MACHINE - Disclosed are a method and a structure for cutting off web in a winding machine. The winding machine includes an upper winding roller having a circumferential surface close to and below which a cut-off mechanism is arranged. The cut-off mechanism includes a pivot shaft having an outer circumferential surface and at least one pinch arm having a connecting end mounted to the outer circumferential surface of the pivot shaft and a web engagement end extending outward from the outer circumferential surface of the pivot shaft and forming at least one suction opening. At least one cutting blade is provided on the web engagement end of the pinch arm at a location immediately by the suction opening. When the pinch arm is driven to rotate the web engagement end to an engagement position where the web engagement end opposes the upper winding roller, the suction opening of the web engagement end sucks and holds a web material passing therethrough, whereby the web material is subjected to a pulling force induced by a roll of paper formed in a winding nip and is thus stretched to have the cutting blade set in tight engagement with the web material to cut off the web material.10-14-2010
