The method also includes receiving instructions from the purchaser via the interface relating to the selection of a first food and beverage from the on-site inventory, delivering the first food or beverage from the on-site inventory to the purchaser, accounting for the cost of the first food or beverage with the purchaser, and determining whether the on-site inventory quantity of food or beverages of the first food or beverages is below a pre-determined minimum quantity.
