A grinding sheet formed from the composition is used as a grinding product alone or in a bag. The composition is sealed in a bag and used as a grinding product. A process for manufacturing the latter grinding product employs an automatic form-fill-seal packaging machine. The shredder blades of a paper shredder are sharpened satisfactorily by the grinding composition as the grinding sheet or grinding product is shredded.
