The cleaning device includes a cleaning solution fluid dispensed adjacent to the cleaning device. The cleaning solution is comprised of at least two components, a bulk diluting fluid like water and one or more cleaning chemicals which are dispensed from separate reservoirs carried by a maintenance machine. The cleaning chemical is pumped to mix it with the bulk fluid in a controlled ratio. Operation of the pump and a discharge flow control device are controlled by a controller system which permits dispensing of a mixed cleaning solution of combined cleaning chemical(s) and bulk fluid at a desired ratio and at a desired flow rate of dispensing of cleaning solution components.||01-28-2010|
|20090036038||PROCESS FOR RESTORING THE LUSTER TO THE SURFACE OF FACTORY FINISHED WOODEN FLOORS - A floor abrading machine is used to abrade the surface of a factory finished wooden floor so the abraded surface may be recoated with a fresh coat of wooden floor finish. Abrasion of the surface provides anchor sites to achieve a strong bond between the pre-existing abraded finish and the fresh coat of wooden floor finish. The process requires abrading, not removing the factory finish down to bare wood, and recoating to restore the luster to a factory finished wooden floor. Conventional sanders remove the finish down to bare wood to refinish a wooden floor that has been installed and finished in place.||02-05-2009|
|20080271757||ORBITAL SCRUBBER - This orbital motion scrubber uses less cleaning solution than many conventional rotary motion scrubbers of comparable scrub width and tank size, which results in longer solution run time. The present invention drives the cleaning element in a high speed orbital motion which results in more revolutions per spot than many conventional rotary motion scrubbers. A flexible pad driver produces better cleaning of uneven hard surface floors than some prior art designs with rigid pad drivers. The brush motor that drives the pad driver and the cleaning element of the present invention uses less electrical energy than the brush motor in many rotary motion scrubbers which results in longer battery run time.||11-06-2008|
