The method is capable of identifying both potential non-reporters and potential under-reporters. In this regard, potential under-reporters may be identified as a result of a multilevel review that may take into account the recent reporting history, both in terms of frequency and the type and quantity of unclaimed property that has been reported. The policy information may comprise a plurality of rules that define one or more benefits under the insurance policy. The example method may further comprise organizing the plurality of rules into a predefined tabular format.
