Description:
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention
[0001] The present invention relates generally to a moisturizing formulation, consisting essentially of oils. More specifically, the present invention relates to a moisturizing formulation in the form of a cream, suitable for use on the skin of an individual. Further, the formulation's properties allow the cream to be suitable for use on the skin of an individual and provide desirable benefits to an individual's skin upon use.
Description of the Related Art
[0002] At the present day, environmental factors such as radiation from the sun, fluctuations in temperature, fluctuations in humidity, wind, dust, dirt, and/or chemicals permeating through the air cause(s) damage to an individual's skin. Combine these environmental factors with an individual's day-to-day treatment of their own skin, which may include vigorous washing, shaving, and/or the application of cosmetics, and an individual's skin is sure to exhibit adverse reaction(s). The damage to an individual's skin and/or adverse reaction(s) of an individual's skin is commonly known to occur due to an improper supply and/or improper replenishment of vitamins, moisture, and/or oil to an individual's skin. Such damage and/or adverse reaction may include premature aging, dryness, lost elasticity, aging lines, wrinkling, discoloring, and/or spotting.
[0003] Additionally, an individual's skin may become damaged or begin to experience adverse reaction(s) as a function of factors distinct from environmental factors, such as an individual's diet, mood, or general modicum of self-care.
[0004] While individuals may attempt to correct, prevent, or reverse damage to and/or adverse reaction(s) of their skin by using creams, acids, or more generally, formulations pertaining to skin care, these creams, acids, or otherwise formulations only provide some perceived benefit to a user, but carry unwanted effects and commonly prescribe rigid requirements a user must follow to achieve desired benefits upon use of such products.
[0005] As an example, widespread use of certain cream formations containing harsh chemical compositions on skin may cause the benefit of reducing wrinkling. But, the certain cream formations carry unwanted effects such as causing the skin to become red, dry, scaly, and/or tingly. Further yet, the certain creams require a user to follow certain protocols, such as limiting exposure of a user's skin to sources of ultraviolet radiation from the sun, electronic screens, or other sources.
[0006] Moreover, widespread uses of certain types of acid formations on skin may cause the benefit of inhibiting premature aging of the skin, but also can cause dry skin or irritation. Even worse, a long standing continued and dedicated use requirement exists so as to see positive effects of the certain acid formations for use on skin.
[0007] As such, there is a need for a moisturizing formulation suitable for application to an individual's skin that can supply and/or replenish the proper vitamin concentration, moisture level, and/or oil concentration to a user's skin upon application of the formulation. Further, there is an additional need that the formulation not cause unwanted effects, or carry strict requirements for a user to follow to achieve desired benefits. Such a moisturizing formulation should also soften the skin where the formulation is applied, as softening of the skin is a common result of the skin obtaining a supply and/or replenishment of the proper vitamin concentration, moisture level, and/or oil concentration to a user's skin.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0008] In view of the foregoing disadvantages inherent in formulations pertaining to skin care, the present invention provides a new moisturizing formulation in the form of a cream.
[0009] The general purpose of the present invention, which will be described subsequently in greater detail, is to provide a new moisturizing formulation suitable for application on an individual's face and/or neck skin by a user. Further, this moisturizing formulation, when applied, will supply and/or replenish a proper vitamin concentration, moisture level, and/or oil concentration to the skin applied thereon. Moreover, upon application to an individual's skin, the formulation will moisturize skin, soften skin, provide oil to skin, and aid in common skin problems and/or concerns an individual has regarding skin. By way of non-limiting example, when applied, the formulation may prevent the premature aging of the skin.
[0010] As to the composition of the moisturizing formulation, the formulation includes, and is limited to Simmondsia chinensis Seed Oil, Rosa moschata Seed Oil, Daucus carota Stavia Seed Oil, Callophyllum inophyllum Oil, Rosmarinus officinalis Leaf Oil, Boswellia carterii Oil, Pelargonium graveolens Oil, Cymbopogon fleuosus Oil, and Helichrysum italicum Oil, at least to the extent any unlisted portions of the formulation do not materially affect the formulation and the benefits, as described below, the formulation is able to provide.
[0011] When the above formulation is compiled, it results in a moisturizing formulation in form of a cream, able to provide benefits upon application to an individual's skin, via supplying and/or replenishing a proper vitamin concentration, moisture level, and/or oil concentration to the skin applied thereon. Such benefits may include, but are not limited to, moisturizing of the skin, killing harmful germs and/or bacteria on the skin, balancing the individual's hormone levels, ensuring damage from and/or the adverse reactions of clogged pores and/or breakouts do not occur, treating acne and blackheads, protecting the skin from the sun's ultraviolet radiation, preventing the premature aging of the skin, improving blood circulation to the skin, rejuvenating the skin, preventing fungal growth on the skin, and/or reducing the appearance of dark circles, age spots, scars, fine lines, and wrinkles on the skin.
[0012] The cream may be applied to an individual's skin multiple times throughout a day in an attempt to maximize the benefits of the formulation. The cream may be in such a form that it may be placed on the fingertips of an individual, then on the face and/or neck skin of an individual so as to apply the cream to the skin. Further, the cream may be in such a form that it may be place on a cloth or sponge material so as to dab the cream on the face and/or neck skin of an individual so as to apply the cream to the skin. The cream may be of such a consistency such that upon application to the face, the cream becomes transparent.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0013] The composition of the moisturizing formulation includes, and is limited to Simmondsia chinensis Seed Oil, Rosa moschata Seed Oil, Daucus carota Stavia Seed Oil, Callophyllum inophyllum Oil, Rosmarinus officinalis Leaf Oil, Boswellia carterii Oil, Pelargonium graveolens Oil, Cymbopogon fleuosus Oil, and Helichrysum italicum Oil, at least to the extent any unlisted portions of the formulation do not materially affect the formulation and the benefits, as described below, the formulation is able to provide.
[0014] The formulation may form a cream like substance, with a consistency that is able to be placed on the fingertips of an individual, then applied to an individual's face and/or neck skin. Further, the formed cream like substance may have a consistency that is able to be placed on a cloth or sponge material, then applied to an individual's face and/or neck skin. Upon application, to an individual's face and/or neck skin, the formulation may be of a consistency so as to become transparent upon application to the skin of an individual's face.
[0015] Further, the formulation's composition may be able to provide the benefits, via supplying and/or replenishing a proper vitamin concentration, moisture level, and/or oil concentration, to the skin applied thereon.
